[Indications] Levofloxacin Injection is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible bacteria in adults, including community-acquired and nosocomial pneumonia, skin and skin structure infections, chronic bacterial prostatitis, urinary tract infections, acute pyelonephritis, acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, and acute bacterial sinusitis. It is also indicated for post-exposure inhalational anthrax and plague.
