Beriracetam Injection

[Indications] It is suitable for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients with epilepsy as an adjunctive therapy.

[Usage and dosage] This product is administered by intravenous injection or intravenous infusion. The recommended adult dose is 50 mg twice daily. The dose may be adjusted according to clinical response, with a usual maintenance dose range of 25–100 mg twice daily. Intravenous administration should be given slowly over approximately 2–15 minutes. The injection form may be used when oral administration is temporarily not possible.
