Reganosin Injection

[Indications] It is suitable for use as a pharmacologic stress agent in radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) in patients unable to perform adequate exercise stress testing.

[Usage and dosage] This product is administered by rapid intravenous injection. The recommended adult dose is 0.4 mg (5 mL) as a single dose, injected rapidly into a peripheral vein over approximately 10 seconds, followed immediately by a saline flush. The radiopharmaceutical for myocardial perfusion imaging should be administered according to the imaging protocol after regadenoson injection. A repeat dose is not recommended within a short interval.
