[Indications:] Simethicone Emulsion is indicated for the relief of gastrointestinal discomfort caused by excessive gas accumulation, including abdominal bloating. It is also used as an adjunct in abdominal imaging examinations, such as X-ray, ultrasound, and gastroscopy, and as an additive to contrast media suspensions for double-contrast imaging.

[Usage and dosage] For oral administration. For gastrointestinal discomfort, the usual dosage for adults and adolescents is 2 mL per dose, 3–5 times daily. Children aged 1–6 years generally take 1 mL per dose, 3–5 times daily, while children aged 6–14 years take 1–2 mL per dose, 3–5 times daily. For infants, the usual dose is 1 mL per administration. Shake well before use.
