[Indications] Bumetanide Injection is indicated for the treatment of edema associated with congestive heart failure, hepatic disease, and renal disease, including nephrotic syndrome. Parenteral administration may be appropriate when oral administration is impractical or gastrointestinal absorption is impaired.

[Usage and dosage] Bumetanide Injection is administered intravenously or intramuscularly. The usual initial adult dose is 0.5–1 mg. If the diuretic response is insufficient, additional doses may be administered at intervals specified in the approved prescribing information, with careful monitoring of fluid status, renal function, and electrolytes. The total dose must be individualized according to the patient's response and the specific product labeling.
