[Indications] Pazufloxacin Mesylate and Sodium Chloride Injection is indicated for infections caused by susceptible bacteria, including secondary infections associated with chronic respiratory diseases, pneumonia, lung abscess, pyelonephritis, complicated cystitis, prostatitis, burn-wound and surgical-wound infections, cholecystitis, cholangitis, liver abscess, intra-abdominal abscess, peritonitis, and selected gynecological infections, as specified in the approved Chinese prescribing information.

[Usage and dosage] This product is administered by intravenous infusion. The usual adult dose for the 0.3 g formulation is 0.3 g twice daily, with each infusion administered over 30–60 minutes. The usual treatment course is 7–14 days. Dosage and treatment duration should be adjusted according to the patient's age, clinical condition, renal function, and the applicable approved prescribing information.
