[Usage and dosage] Administer by intravenous infusion. For adult oropharyngeal candidiasis, a commonly labeled regimen is 200 mg on the first day, followed by 100 mg once daily. Dosage for other indications depends on the type and severity of infection, the causative organism, clinical response, and renal function.
