[Indications] Fluconazole in Sodium Chloride Injection is indicated for the treatment of certain fungal infections, including oropharyngeal and esophageal candidiasis, systemic Candida infections, and cryptococcal meningitis, according to the approved product labeling.

[Usage and dosage] Administer by intravenous infusion. For adult oropharyngeal candidiasis, a commonly labeled regimen is 200 mg on the first day, followed by 100 mg once daily. Dosage for other fungal infections depends on the infection site, causative organism, clinical response, and renal function. Adjust the dosage when required for renal impairment.
