[Indications] It is indicated for the prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with emetogenic cancer chemotherapy and postoperative nausea and vomiting, in accordance with the approved product labeling.

[Usage and dosage] Administer intravenously according to the indication and product labeling. For adults receiving highly emetogenic chemotherapy, a commonly labeled regimen is 0.15 mg/kg intravenously for three doses, with the first dose administered before chemotherapy. For postoperative nausea and vomiting, a commonly labeled adult dose is 4 mg intravenously. Dosage and administration schedules vary by indication.
