Metoclopramide injection

[Indications] It is suitable for the treatment of nausea and vomiting, including nausea and vomiting associated with surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, migraine, and gastrointestinal motility disorders such as gastroparesis.

[Usage and dosage] This product is administered by intramuscular injection or slow intravenous injection. The usual adult dose is 10 mg per administration, given up to 3 times daily. The maximum recommended daily dose is 30 mg. Intravenous injection should be administered slowly over at least 1–2 minutes. The treatment duration should be limited according to the clinical condition, and long-term use should be avoided due to the risk of extrapyramidal reactions.
