Levofloxacin Injection

[Indications] It is indicated for susceptible bacterial infections, including community-acquired pneumonia, complicated skin infections, and certain urinary tract infections, as specified in the approved labeling.

[Usage and dosage] For adults with normal renal function, commonly labeled regimens include 250 mg or 500 mg by intravenous infusion over at least 60 minutes every 24 hours, or 750 mg over at least 90 minutes every 24 hours. The dose and treatment duration depend on the infection. Dosage adjustment is required in patients with reduced renal function.
