Argatroban Injection

[Specification] 2 mL: 10 mg

[Indications:] Argatroban Injection is indicated for improving neurological symptoms, including motor paralysis, and daily activities in patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction within 48 hours of onset. It is also indicated for improving ulcers, resting pain, and coldness of the extremities in patients with chronic arterial occlusive disease.

[Usage and dosage] Administer by intravenous infusion under medical supervision. For acute ischemic cerebral infarction, the usual adult regimen is 60 mg per day by continuous intravenous infusion during the first two days, followed by 10 mg twice daily by intravenous infusion over 3 hours for the subsequent five days. Dosage should be adjusted according to the patient's clinical condition and the prescribing information.
