Reganosin Injection

[Indications] Regadenoson Injection is indicated as a pharmacologic stress agent for radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging in patients who are unable to undergo adequate exercise stress.

[Usage and dosage] The recommended adult dose is 5 mL, equivalent to 0.4 mg of regadenoson, administered by intravenous injection over approximately 10 seconds. A saline flush should be administered immediately afterward, followed by the radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging agent according to the approved protocol. Patients should avoid methylxanthine-containing products, including caffeine, for at least 12 hours before the scheduled procedure, as specified in the prescribing information.
