[Indications] Levofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent used for susceptible bacterial infections, including certain cases of community-acquired pneumonia, complicated urinary tract infections, and acute pyelonephritis, according to the approved product labeling.

[Usage and dosage] Administer by intravenous infusion according to the approved product labeling. The dose and treatment duration depend on the infection, pathogen susceptibility, renal function, and clinical severity. Dosage adjustment is required in patients with renal impairment when specified by the label.
